Who we are

What we collect

When you book an appointment: your name, phone number, email address, an optional note, the service, date and time you chose, and the language you booked in.

When you visit the website: our server records technical data such as your IP address, the page you requested and the time, to keep the site secure and working.

We don't use cookies to follow you, and there are no advertising or tracking tools on this website.

Why we use it

To schedule your appointment, send you a confirmation, let you cancel, and contact you if something changes. This is needed to do what you asked us to (performance of a contract).

To protect the website against abuse, such as spam bookings. This is our legitimate interest.

How long we keep it

Appointment details are deleted automatically 12 months after the appointment date.

Technical server logs are kept for a short period for security and then deleted.

Who else sees it

Nobody, apart from what's needed to run the website. The website and the booking system run on our own server in the European Union, and confirmation emails are sent from that server.

The map on this page is provided by Google Maps. When it loads, Google receives your IP address. If you contact us through WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply.

We never sell your details or use them for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, object to how we use them, or ask for a copy. Contact us by phone or in the shop and we'll respond within a month.

If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
